These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoalieIQ mobile application ("App") operated by Precision Sports Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using GoalieIQ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement.
GoalieIQ provides tools for tracking lacrosse goalie performance, including shot tracking, game statistics, heat maps, and performance insights. The App is designed for athletes, coaches, and programs of all ages and skill levels.
The App is intended for informational and training purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional coaching judgment. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they record. We make no guarantees regarding athletic performance outcomes.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, except as permitted in Section 2.2.
Account sharing is permitted only in the following circumstances:
The account holder (or subscribing coach/administrator) is responsible for the actions of anyone granted access under these provisions. All other account sharing, lending, selling, or transfer is prohibited.
GoalieIQ offers the following subscription plans:
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce plan boundaries. If we determine that an Individual Plan is being used for coaching or team management purposes, we may require an upgrade to a Coach / Program Plan or suspend access.
We may offer a free trial period that provides access to premium features at no charge. No credit card is required for the free trial. At the end of the trial, your access to premium features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance.
All payments are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to Apple's refund policies. Precision Sports Technologies LLC does not process refunds directly. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
You retain full ownership of the game statistics, performance data, and other content you record within the App. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purposes of providing and improving the App's functionality. We will not sell your data to third parties.
We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your use of the App. Aggregated data does not identify you or any individual player and may be used for product improvement, research, benchmarking, and statistical analysis.

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, analytics models, heat map generation, branding, and trademarks (including GoalieIQ™), is and remains the exclusive property of Precision Sports Technologies LLC. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest in the App to you.
GoalieIQ is designed for users of all ages and skill levels. If you are under the age of 13, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account or using the App.
If you are a coach or program administrator entering data about minor players, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from each player's parent or legal guardian for the collection and processing of their performance data.
While we strive to maintain reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or its features. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections 5, 7, 11, and 12 survive termination.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRECISION SPORTS TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Precision Sports Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
