This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Precision Sports Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the GoalieIQ mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any applicable Apple App Store terms.
The Individual Plan is licensed to a single person for personal, non-commercial use. This includes tracking your own performance data, viewing your own analytics, and generating personal heat maps and reports. Individual Plan users may not use the App to manage, track, or analyze the performance of other players in a coaching, team management, or organizational capacity.
The Coach / Program Plan is licensed to a single coach, organization, or program for the purpose of tracking and analyzing performance data for multiple players within that team or program. Features under this plan — including team-level analytics, multi-player tracking, and program-wide reporting — are restricted to the subscribing coach or organization and their designated staff.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and enforce plan boundaries. If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that an Individual Plan is being used for coaching or team management purposes, we may require you to upgrade to a Coach / Program Plan or suspend your access.
Each User must maintain their own account. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, except as permitted in Section 3.2.
You may access your account on multiple devices you personally own or control. The following account sharing is permitted:
Except as described in Section 3.2, you may not share, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your subscription or account access to another person or entity. The subscribing coach or program administrator is responsible for the actions of any staff granted access under a Coach / Program Plan.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the App, including but not limited to shot data, game logs, performance statistics, player information, and any other content you create or upload ("User Data"). We do not claim ownership of your User Data.
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your User Data solely for the purposes of providing and improving the App's functionality to you. We will not sell your User Data to third parties.
We may create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your use of the App ("Aggregated Data"). Aggregated Data does not identify you or any individual player. We may use Aggregated Data for product improvement, research, benchmarking, and statistical analysis without restriction.
You may request an export of your User Data at any time by contacting us at support@goalieiq.app. We will provide your data in a standard, machine-readable format within a reasonable timeframe.
If you delete your account, we will delete your User Data from our active systems within 30 days. Aggregated Data that has already been created will not be affected by account deletion. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently purged.
The App is designed for users of all ages and skill levels. If you are under the age of 13, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account or using the App. If you are a coach or program administrator entering data about minor players, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from each player's parent or legal guardian for the collection and processing of their performance data.
The App, including its design, code, algorithms, analytics models, heat map generation, branding, trademarks (including GoalieIQ™), and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Precision Sports Technologies LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership interest in the App to you.

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your access to premium features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the free trial.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually, depending on your selected plan) through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE APP PROVIDES PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL COACHING JUDGMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRECISION SPORTS TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Precision Sports Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
