GoalieIQ is operated by Precision Sports Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use the GoalieIQ mobile application ("App").

GoalieIQ uses secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase to store account information and performance data. Data is stored on secure servers protected by encryption in transit and at rest.
For Individual Plan accounts, data is accessible to the authenticated account holder. A parent or legal guardian may share account access with their minor child (or vice versa) for the purpose of tracking that child's performance.
For Coach / Program Plan accounts, data is accessible to the subscribing coach or program administrator and any coaching staff they authorize to share the account. The subscribing coach or administrator is responsible for the actions of authorized staff.

Paid subscriptions in GoalieIQ are processed through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. GoalieIQ does not collect or store payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple according to Apple's privacy and security policies.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

GoalieIQ is designed for athletes and families of all ages and skill levels. We take children's privacy seriously.
If you are under the age of 13, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account or using the App. Parents or guardians may create and manage an account on behalf of their child and share account access under the Individual Plan.
If you are a coach or program administrator entering data about minor players under a Coach / Program Plan, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from each player's parent or legal guardian for the collection and processing of their performance data.
If you believe a child has provided personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to remove such information.
